Are VYNE's flowers real?
No — every piece VYNE sells is artificial. They are permanent botanicals: made to look and feel like fresh flowers and plants, but they never wilt, never need water, and hold their colour and shape indefinitely.
Do artificial flowers actually look realistic?
VYNE's pieces are made with moulded petals, wired bendable stems and printed veining, so they read as real at conversational distance. You can shape a stem, angle a leaf, and adjust an arrangement the way you would a fresh one.
How do I clean and care for them?
Dust them occasionally — a soft brush, a hairdryer on its coolest setting, or a light wipe with a barely damp cloth. That is the entire routine. No water, no feeding, no light requirement.
How long do they last?
Indefinitely. The one thing that ages any artificial botanical is harsh direct sunlight, which fades pigment over years — so a spot out of the midday sun keeps a piece looking new far longer.
What sizes do the trees and plants come in?
Floor plants and trees run from around 50cm to 250cm, with the height stated in each product name — for example Areca Palm (250cm). Individual stems and foliage list their own dimensions on the product page.
Do you deliver, and where?
Yes — VYNE delivers across Jordan. Delivery within Amman is 3 JD, elsewhere in Jordan 6 JD, and delivery is free on orders over 100 JD.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day within Amman. Deliveries elsewhere in Jordan are arranged with you when you order.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales at VYNE are final, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We will exchange an item within 14 days of purchase if it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. You can add a gift message at checkout. Arrangements are wrapped at the base in paper and are ready to give exactly as they are — the arrangement itself is the presentation, so the flowers are not wrapped over.
Can I visit the boutique?
Yes. VYNE is at Jumaa Al Shalabi Street 8, Amman, open Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 10pm, and Friday from 3pm to 10pm. You are welcome to come and see the collection in person.
Do you make custom arrangements?
Yes. Bring your own vase and we will arrange for it, or visit the boutique and we will design a piece with you. VYNE also designs for retail and office spaces — maintenance-free botanical styling for businesses across Amman.
