Refund policy

No Refunds
All sales at VYNE are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, including where a product has been ordered in the wrong colour, size or style. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy
While we do not offer refunds, you may exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The original receipt or invoice is included
- The item is returned in its original packaging

Exchanges may be completed through designated VYNE channels or according to instructions provided by our customer support team. VYNE reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is unavailable, an appropriate remedy. This does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, or where VYNE is unable to fulfil an order, any amount already paid will be returned to the original payment method.
